Canadian Construction Material Centre (CCMC) at National Research Council Canada (NRC) recently published a technical guide for performance evaluation of seismic force-resisting systems (SFRSs) and their force modification factors (ductility related, 𝑅𝑑, and over-strength related, 𝑅𝑜) for use in the National Building Code of Canada (NBC).
